I'm Hannah Redmond, a designer and art director based in London. I create campaigns and brands that make positive social change.
I'm Hannah, a freelance graphic designer passionate about using design to achieve positive social change.
In a career spanning over a decade, I‘ve worked with some of the biggest charity and public sector brands in the UK to solve complex design challenges from rebranding to behaviour change campaigns.
I am passionate about inclusive design and embed accessibility in everything I do to produce outcomes that are both imaginative and effective.
My work has been recognised with awards from bodies including Third Sector, PR Week and PRCA and featured in publications including Creative Review, The Drum and Wired.
